The fact that his guy is not in jail is a sin. He managed Premier Pools and stole money from many clients, including me. He was a chronic liar, saying anything he could to get customers to pay, and then doing what he was paid to do. He still owes me 8,000. I know where he lives and works, and I plan to get this money back in one way or another. His debt will be paid. He is not to be trusted as an accountant either.

This man Cindy his accomplice stole 10,000's of from us left an unfinished pool with 2 liens We have an Attorney General complaint is now facing Federal Fraud Charges hopefully he Cindy will go to jail on wire fraud, misuse and fraudulent charges of funds. The worst most deceitful persons I have ever done business with

I don't have any good words to say to this thief! The complaint starts back the day the contract went into effect with my brothers pool. Not long after, the license holder of the pool company was arrested for kidnapping of his estranged wife. The person who took over is, DAVID NAIL, local Tampa Bay CPA.My brother paid 110,000 for the beginning phases of his dream pool.The pool is far from done, how about a huge hole in the backyard with minimal work!SO now against all promised work, David has shut down business! Leaving my brother and his family out 110,000.00 and a mess in their backyard! 1 year later...abandoned the job! THIS GOES TO SHOW CLEAR SIGNS OF A PROFESSIONAL THIEF...and he is a CPA????SHAME ON YOU!!! I HOPE YOU ARE PUNISHED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT!!

Working with David Nail and his business partners has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Not only have they taken my money for services and not delivered on them, but it has been over a year and still he continues to lie, deceive, make broken promises, not return calls, and still he has not delivered services paid for. I've literally had to hire a lawyer to sue him for breech of contract. He is the most unethical, most unprofessional, non-responsive, so-called business man that I've ever dealt with and he should not be in business dealing with anyone's money, or business affairs when his is in shambles. And I am not the only one he has lied to and deceived. I have found five others who have experienced the same deceptive practices. Shame on you David. May the harm, hurt, and loss that you've caused so many who work hard everyday for their money come back to haunt you. Karma is coming and I will not give up pursuing justice against you.

To anyone looking to hire a CPA or Accounting Firm,
My name is Timothy McDevitt, owner of Exceptional Car & Truck Sales, Inc. A few years ago, I hired Diversified Accounting and Tax, LLC. to get me out of a real rough spot. My previous bookkeeper embezzled an estimated $100,000.00, over a 7 year period and got my company in a lot of trouble with the Florida Department of Revenue. I found Diversified from a reputable online CPA referral service, or so I thought?.
David Nail, one of the owners and a CPA has promise to handle a huge Sales Tax Problem that I am involved in with the Florida Department of Revenue (DOR). Constantly reassuring me that he has worked thru way bigger messes than mine, and he would solve this problem relatively easily, quickly and relatively painlessly. I am sad to report that a lien was filed against my business on Jan. 9, 2017, in the amount of roughly $60,500.00. Mr. Nail assured me that he had the situation under control and no liens would be placed against my business or myself. He has put me off for at least a year and my debt has increased roughly $18,500.00 in fees, interest and penalties. I just learn from the DOR that Mr. Nail sent a letter to them asking for relief on my behalf. It would have been granted, all he had to do is reply to their request for my financial statements, which he never comply with. David Nail and his company has found another way to harm me, do to no fault of my own.
DOR is researching that date that I was assessed back taxes in the amount of roughly $42,000.00. But base on the Feb. 2016 expiration date, it is fair to guess that this amount would have been assessed in late 2015, but Mr. Nail did not comply with the simple request made by the DOR. He has continued to tell me that he will argue to get the penalties, and fees removed and work out a payment plan of somewhere between $500.00 - $800.00 per month, and all that would be added to my debt is interest. He said that we could go before a board and explain my situation and they would certainly consider my case worthy of removing the before mentioned cost. And keep the toll running in a dept of principal and low interest rates, which he said was very low.
What makes this tale so much more depressing is that I believe David Nail's abilities are top notch
