I recently had the opportunity to work with TJS Accounting, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
From the start, communication was lacking. I expected regular updates and clarity regarding my financial situation, but I often found myself reaching out for information. When responses did come, they were frequently vague and did not address my specific concerns.
Additionally, I encountered issues with accuracy in my financial statements. Mistakes were made that led to confusion and extra work on my part to rectify the situation. It was disheartening to feel like I had to double-check the work that I was paying for.

I had a very disappointing experience with TJS. From the beginning, communication was a struggle—emails went unanswered for days, and phone calls were rarely returned. When I finally did get a response, the information provided was vague and unhelpful.
Their attention to detail left much to be desired. I discovered multiple errors in my tax returns that led to unnecessary stress and additional costs. I expected professionalism and expertise, but instead, I felt like just another number.

They know what they are doing! I was pulling my hair out this year about my taxes. And felt it wasn't going to be, in any way good to keep trying. Especially after my accident... Long story short. From the time I contacted them. Till I signed the paperwork. I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks for beginning straight forward and to the point every step of the way. Only thing I would do different if I could. Is go back and contact you all a year sooner. God bless
