THIS CHARATCER IS ONE OF THE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO DOING YOUR TAXES FOR YOU, WHETER ITS W2 OR 1099......CONTINUALLY LIES AND MAKES FALSE PROMISES..... SUBMITS INCOMPLETE INFO OF WHICH CAUSES A LONGER TURN AROUND TIME THEN GIVES YOU A BS EXCUSE.......DUCKS AND DODGES YOUR CALLS, EMAILS, AND/OR TEXT......WILL GIVE YOU ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES TO COVER THE BS HE IS DOING...........DONT WAST YOUR TIME GOING TO HIM EITHER DO IT YOURSELF OR GET A "REAL PROFESSIONAL" TO DO YOUR TAXES!!! SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I HAD TO CHOSE 1 STAR JUST TO PROCEED BUT THE SERVICE IS NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR!!!
