Unethical was hired to legal extort money by Carolyn Zisser. He evaluated my business and was completely incorrected. Over charged 3x as much as BBV and LBA who did an excellent job and got the accurate evaluation numbers. He is unethical and a fraud. I have proof of his unprofessional and unethical conduct and has been reported to DBPR licensing board.
