I contacted Tony for a quote to do my taxes and within an hour I received an email with someone else's complete taxes with all of their private info attached. Thankfully for him I am an honest person, or that poor guy's identity could have been stolen. After that, Tony requested my info to provide a quote and the next thing I know I get an email with my completed taxes within a matter of min. So much of it was INACCURATE, aside from my NOT asking for him to complete my taxes. When asked about the mistakes, he became irrate and stated he knows what he's doing and if I keep asking him questions he will charge me more! I said I will be looking elsewhere for a cpa as this has been a horrible experience, and Tony hung up on me. I found a muuuuch better cpa who was attentive rather than super fast completing taxes in 2 min without permission like Tony. It turned out Tony had in fact made multiple mistakes so I am thankful I looked it over instead of trusting Tony and used someone else to file my taxes. To make matters even worse, after I filed my taxes I received a notice from the IRS that they were submitted twice but differently. Tony submitted my taxes without my permission, with mistakes, and after he yelled at me and I told him I would not be using him!! Unbelievable!! I had to contact the IRS and resolve the situation. DO NOT USE TONY BONITATIBUS!!! I honestly have no idea how he is still in business.
