I highly disagree with comments from Crystal M from Aurora in regards to Michelle and her team at Synergy CPA Group. PLEASE DO NOT LET CRYSTAL'S COMMENTS GET IN YOUR WAY OF GOING WITH A HIGHLY QUALIFIED & PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTANT!!! I own my own business and went through multiple other accountants before I found Michelle and Synergy. What a difference! Michelle is very helpful, caring, and fully qualified. She is direct and gets right to the point! She has taken time to answer all of my questions! I recommend Michelle and Synergy CPA Group to anyone. Thank you Michelle and to your team!

I would trust Michelle and her team with my livelihood. Great, knowledgeable, and helpful team of individuals. I have come across some not so good reviews for this firm that just can't be true and sound almost slanderous. Anyone who happens to come across this review, I hope you won't take the bad ones to heart! I can't recommend Synergy CPA Group more !

Michelle is unprofessional & does not do her due diligence. Michelle & her team messed up our taxes so bad that we had to go elsewhere. They couldn't believe how badly they miscalculated (~4K difference). Michelle is very rude too & does not answer any questions (it's because she probably doesn't know the answers). Don't waste your time & energy, find a different CPA.
