I had a scheduled appointment to meet with Rabecca Casarez online. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to show up for a web meeting she scheduled and got nothing. Very unprofessional in my opinipn! This person could have shown the decency to reschedule or communicate any difficulties they may have been having. But I got no response from her or her office that she represents. Very unprofessional in how she treats potential clients!
