This company is the worst accounting and tax preparation business that I have ever seen. I went there last year to file a 2018 tax return, and after meeting with accountant Odesho Vardeh for the first time, he spends five minutes regarding what I need, did not take any notes. I explained that my filing status is head of household. I gave him another tax return to review, which showed my tax return status is head of household. He told me I would call you. This accountant did not call me to gather any info regarding my taxable expenses. He prepared a tax return. When I saw my return is half previous my tax return, he blamed trump for my increased tax and refused to take a second look at it. Now I decided to prepare my tax and noticed that filing status on my 2018 tax return is single instead of the head of household. This company not only did not advocate for me to lower my tax they cost me money by changing the file status when they know I am a single mother of one and have been filing my tax return as head of the household for the past 14 years. They also provided another service for me, which was printing an official tax transcript from IRS, which the usual cost is 50 , but this accountant requesting 150 for writing two pages of tax transcript from the IRS website. When I called Odesho Vardeh, he refused to speak with me and demanded to pay him 150 before speaking with me. The accountant and other staff very extremely rude and unprofessional.
