DO NOT TRUST.... they do not know how to fill your tax paperwork. they are scammers. I am having the IRS investigate them for fraud do to them using my personal information with out any authorization. THEY ARE SCAMMERS do NOT Trust. I have a police report filled, Identity Theft Report with the FTC as well. you do well staying away from them. They are in for a rude awakening when the Feds get done with them.
