The scammer who is not a CPA has been arrested in Arizona on his way to the airport with a 1 way ticket to Ukraine. He swindled The US government for 1.2 million dollars in PPP loans as well.

Do not employ this man. This is one of four tax companies he owns. The others being Digital Phoenix Accountants LLC, Transparen CPAS and Transparen CPAS LLC. He has an active cease and desist order in Arizona for illegally using the credentials CPA. This isn't his only line of work. You will pay him and you will get taken.

He stole from me. He never filed my taxes. He overcharged my credit card by 5,000. He had his own credit card machine.. He ran my card three times for a total of 5k. He scammed me.
