If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I trusted Mayra Carlisle to handle our taxes, but she proved to be completely unreliable. We provided all requested documents over three weeks before the deadline, yet she waited until the day before taxes were due to inform us—via a vague email—that she would not be completing our return. She offered no explanation, no assistance in finding an alternative, and made it clear that her decision was final.
This level of unprofessionalism and poor communication is unacceptable, especially in a field where timeliness is crucial. We chose her based on a recommendation, but I strongly advise others to avoid her services.
