Meet the Business Owner

Michael Bailey has over 20 years experience as a CPA in the IRS, corporations, governments and small businesses. He has a BBA from the University of Houston and a MBA from Texas Southern University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers (ASTPS). Michael was born and raised in Texas.

Now living in the greater Dallas area with his wife, Michelle. He has two children, Angela who is an emergency medicine physician and Michael Jr., an anesthesiology physician. When Michael is not in his office during the Fall, he is a college football referee which keeps him young! He also, enjoys playing golf with family and friends.
