If I could give Karp a negative score I would! Not only did he charged double in 2022 from 2021, but he never actually filed our taxes! We ended up chasing his office, leaving multiple messages, and making multiple attempts to reach him- NOTHING! July 2022, we had to refile our taxes with another accountant, 4 plus months after Karp claimed to have filed our taxes-within 2 weeks, we had our refund!Not to mention this guy has got to be the most racist and crudest individual my family has ever encountered. Stay far away from this joker!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They last did my taxes in 2018 for 2017 tax year, and Jerry made a rather large error on my tax returns, which led to an audit two years later State and Federal. I made NUMEROUS attempts to contact Jerry about this, after a month or so, he finally responded and promised he would take care of it and file abatements etc. He LIED about that and never filed any paperwork on my behalf, as confirmed by the IRS and DRS. I lost over 4,000 in penalties and interest due to his incompetency and unprofessionalism. Fast forward to the past year I filed suit in small claims court only to have the case thrown out because the second judge in the case said the statute of limitations had expired! So Jerry's plan to lie about helping me with the problem and string it out worked to his advantage Congrats, you're a good liar. Hopefully his lawyer charged him a ton of money to defend his unethical and downright unprofessional business dealings, he earned it.All Jerry had to do was make things right, but apparently integrity is in short supply at the tax guys. Its bad enough I had to listen to his horrible racist jokes the entire time he did the taxes, but the lying and deception is totally unacceptable. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE, THEY WILL NOT HAVE YOUR BACK IF YOU NEED THEM!
