I’m really disappointed writing this review. I’ve been a customer of Przybysz Edward J CPA for almost 25 years, and I’ve always trusted him with my tax questions. Recently, I had a simple question after getting hurt at work — I asked whether my “lost time” pay was taxable. I emailed several times and left multiple voicemails over a few weeks with no response.
When I finally got in touch with Ed, he didn’t know the answer. I assumed someone with decades of experience in this field would know something this basic.
Then, about five months later, we received a $175 bill for that call — even though he couldn’t answer the question. My wife, being a good person, paid it, but I still sent five emails and two voicemails asking for clarification. Once again, no response.
After nearly 25 years as a loyal customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I expected better.
