My husband and I submitted all required documentation in April as part of an extension, as we were filing late. We followed your instructions and provided a significant amount of paperwork as requested.
After submitting everything, we did not receive any updates from you for several weeks. When we finally heard from you, you mentioned that you were out of the country but were working on our taxes. By October, we reached out again and were told that the taxes were complete and that we simply needed to sign. However, since then, we have not heard from you.
As a result, we are now facing possible penalties due to the delay. This lack of communication and failure to finalize the tax filing has caused significant stress for my husband and me. We trusted you to handle our taxes in a timely and professional manner, but instead, we have been left in a frustrating and uncertain situation.
