Made an appointment to come in today at 1:30. I arrived today 10 minutes prior to the appointment the doors were locked. I decided to call and see exactly what was going on the woman says she forgot I was coming today and if I could come back at 2:30. Now I understand that people tend to forget things were only human, but with running a business it's important to be VERY ORGANIZED. I am extremely busy everyday working 2 FULL TIME JOBS, that I must fit my everyday errands in the time I have available. I made the appointment at that time because I knew I'd be available. However it's very inconvenient when I have to rush and do other things to accommodate because someone else is unorganized. Very inconvenient for myself.
