HYLA CAMPBELL IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST! SHE CHARGED US ALOT OF MONEY TO DO OUR TAXES.
IT TOOK HER FOREVER, AND SHE WAS ALWAYS FULL OF EXCUSES OF WHY OUR TAXES WEREN'T DONE YET. WHEN HYLA FINALLY COMPLETED OR TAXES THERE WERE SOOOOO MANY MISTAKES THAT WE WERE FORCED TO TRY TO SOLVE WITH THE IRS. SHE LIED TO US SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT A SUM OF MONEY THAT SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO SPAN OVER THREE YEARS TIME, LEAVING US TO COME UP WITH AN EXTREMELY LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY DURING MY HUSBAND'S STRUGGLE WITH CANCER. THAT WAS FOUR YEARS AGO, AND WE ARE STILL DEALING WITH THE IRS TRYING TO PAY THE MONEY BACK AND FIXING THE MISTAKES HYLA MADE AND LIED ABOUT INCLUDING THAT SHE WAS A CPA, WHEN IN FACT SHE'S JUST A TAX PREPARER! I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A ZERO IF I COULD.

Hyla Campbell is unprofessional. We sent our 2022 tax documents to her at the end of March 2023. Mid May we reached out for our return and we’re told an extension had been filed on our behalf and not to worry we had Until October to finalize. Over the next 5 months we were given the run around. She was always involved in some kind of drama and couldn’t speak to us or return our calls. It was Covid or a sick family member. One time she was on vacation. After finally sending a demand for the return of our fees at the end of September she admitted that nothing had been done. We now had only a week to find an accountant and begin the process all over again. We are now going to have penalty and interest costs to pay the IRS as well. Avoid this drama queen at all costs and run the other way.
