I would not recommend this person. She tried to commit fraud and luckily didn't succeed.
My PI found out she is a meth user as well as an alcoholic and shouldn't be trusted by anyone.
Those people will lie and con you to get enough money for their next fix.
Don't encourage those people's habits!
