I would never recommend Beverly to anyone. If I could mark zero stars on this review, I would. She prepared my joint taxes while I was married and I had issues on several occasions. She was supposed to set up a payment plan for me with IRS which she never did. Another year, she left my income of the taxes. I brought it to her attention in May and in August, she had still not filed the 1040X, While I understand mistakes are made, she would not return my calls and never did what she said she would do. Her customer service is horrible.
