I had a very bad experience with this tax service. The representative was rude, impatient, and unhelpful. Instead of answering my questions, they acted annoyed and dismissive. Good customer service is important when dealing with taxes, and unfortunately this place completely failed. I will not be returning.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. This accountant has a terrible attitude and clearly lacks basic customer service skills. Not only was the behavior unacceptable, but the work was careless and unreliable. I would not recommend this person to anyone—stay far away if you value respect, accuracy, and proper conduct.

I do not satisfied make chang price that last year I was with Mexican lady did not tell oh u have 5 w2 and 2 1099 her price that some one told me was 60 she charged me 60 but this mr some one told me 200 I said ok is persian let go there but he charged 200 and he did not good job owed me to IRS 3000 dolor make me sad even I said I am on disability do go there
