There's no appointment so you have to go and wait in line for filing taxes but now during the Pandemic there's no response even when tax is 12 done and I paid him. Every time he picks up the phone he will cut it short and say will call back but never do. Don't know what to do now. Definitely not what a CPA professional is expected to works like.
