The tax accountant is unprofessional, rude, and incompetent with US tax laws while he claims to know cross-bordering tax.
Ken made several mistakes on my tax forms. He also doesn't use a secure portal to send messages.
He got offended easily when I asked him for questions and clarification. He doesn't seem to take feedback well and would insult clients for asking him questions. To an extreme, he will cease communications by blocking you which is super unprofessional.
He is incompetent and not up to date with US taxes whereas other tax accountants said it's super easy and straightforward. Do not go to him for taxes!
