Theses are the most unprofessional group of tax preparers. From forged signatures, to different invoices sent and prices discussed. I had to call repeatedly to get a copy of my taxes. (Finally received a month later)!!! They are frauds and bank on people wanting large returns and then charge $1500- $2000!!!!! If any of you are having issues with anyone at this “place of business” you need to file a complaint with the IRS. I was told by Monique, “ I don’t have to tell you what I got going on in my life” excuse me… you are charging thousands, you do need to speak with your clients about tax issues! This is why we will fail as an community.. DO BETTER

Michelle Cheatham and staff member ripped my Granddaughter out of 750.00 and there are several others myself and my daughter tried several times to reach Michelle and her associate Sonja to rectify her problem with the internal revenue all we got was hang-up. They are crooked and scam artists that get paid to do nothing.. some people they don't even file the taxes. They just steal your money
