Matusak business services have been absolutely life-changing for me and my business. I've never worked with a more responsive, caring, or involved group of people in any line of business anywhere. I can't recommend Lisa and her entire team enough.

Horrible waste of time while Matusak Business Services took my money and did absolutely nothing to help me out. I went to get assistance in sorting out city/state business taxes and after 5 months, I had paid them several times and their CPA, Kim, had not completed anything to improve my situation. After several excuses and lies, I was forced to re-do all of the work they supposedly completed and finish the process on my own. The owner, Lisa Matusak, was extremely non-responsive and very dismissive when I had questions. After seeking answers to see what I was being charged $90/hour for, she failed to respond 3 separate times. If you are looking for help with taxes or anything involving your business, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a company who will ACTUALLY help...not this one. Seek out the real professionals because there don't appear to be any here.
