Do not trust or do business with this woman or any company she works for. I met her at H and R block last tax season and I have been having issues with the Oregon Department of Revenue in which she told me she could help. I waited for the letters like she instructed me to do, called her sent her my POA, all documents needed and my payment so she would work on it for me. After months I have not heard back from her, have not had any phone calls returned and just learned that she has not even contacted the DOR. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON!!!!
