I had been with a previous CPA for 15 years and changed over to Don after I heard my CPA retired. I was extremely impressed with Don's overall knowledge around my personal taxes and my side business. He was polite, friendly, and very informative. I would refer him to close friends and family and anyone else interested in a very professional and knowledgeable CPA.

I cant even give a star----he never filed our quarterlies and he lost my paperwork and told me that he mailed it back to me, and I still havent received it. Its been 6 months. He wont return phone calls or emails, he claims he sick all the time. Do NOT USE THIS PERSON- HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOULL NEVER HERE FROM HIM.

Unfortunately I didn't find out until AFTERWARDS that this office has a BAD reputation. Within the first 30 days paperwork on my employees were lost, messages weren't passed along, important IRS papers went filed on time costing unnecessary monies...the lack of professionalism is just unreal....Donald is personable but personable don't keep a person on the right side of the IRS fence. I have an audio recording of a call between myself and office staff that would make ANYONE seek an accountant elsewhere for anyone who would like to listen to it. I recorded a phone conversation and caught office personal blatantly lying. Once Mary or Amy found out I was recording the tone changed and their story and accusations changed. Just pathetic
