I would give zero stars if I could. We had Bev do our taxes two years in a row and they were incorrect two years in a row due to reading the forms we provided incorrectly. We were on the FOURTH incorrect iteration of our 2021 taxes when we asked to stop working together. She hung up on me as soon as I said we would not be moving forward. She does not respond to email. She yelled and cursed at me when the second amendment to our return needed to be completed. The IRS now has over 4,000 dollars of ours due to her errors. She completed our state returns but did not pay what was owed and did not share this with us!, so we incurred a 50 late fee. If you value efficiency, kindness, and competence take your business elsewhere.

Made a mistake on my tax returns and I was not issued my VA state return. Would not amend return. I ended up amending it myself. Very difficult to communicate with. Unprofessional. Office reeked of smoke. Do not recommend.

Beverly made a mistake on our fed, state and local taxes. She refused to fix them. She is also more expensive than a CPA. DO NOT USE HER!
