Michelle is nice, but either incompetent or wildly unprofessional. After we finally got a tax appointment, Michelle asked for an additional tax document, which I promptly sent over. Many texts/weeks later, she followed up and said she wanted a copy of our 1095-A, which I had already sent over but re-sent anyway. Then, after Michelle said she'd filed our taxes, I got a letter from the IRS. They're now claiming 1. the amount submitted on our 1095-A doesn't match what they have on their end and 2. my taxes haven't been filed.
I'm panicking.
I've sent Michelle several emails and dozens of texts--absolutely no response. She's just gone completely silent. No response, and now I have no idea what's going on with my taxes or my refund. She doesn't care because she's already been paid. Go to anyone else for your taxes.

Michelle is amazing! I recently moved from Utah to Wisconsin and she is still my go to tax preparer. Even though she is busy and is running a one woman show, she is more than willing to answer my questions and inquiries. I would highly recommend Michelle!

Best person Ive ever gone to do my taxes. Michelle is so kind and trustworthy. I feel like each time I see her, she is never in a rush to do my taxes. I have referred so many of my close ones to her because I appreciate her so much. Thank you Michelle!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. I plan to write reviews for Michelle everywhere I can find her so people will not go here. She will not return texts or phone calls. Leaves you completely hanging. Its incredibly unprofessional. Not a great way to fun a small business. BEWARE! Do not go here.
