I have been with Renee since 2011 when I was stationed at Fort Hood. I retired and moved to Dallas. I make it my business to continue to keep her services because they are very professional and very dependably. Renee tells me I can mail my taxes in but I enjoy her services so much I make it a vacation to take my taxes down personally and pick them up. Great people! Great Service!

When I began having Renee Faulkner prepare my taxes things were always professional. As business has grown the company seems to be a bit disheveled and Renee does not respond to any of my emails personally anymore. Instead I get emails from Karen who apparently does not have a last name. I had an issue with my taxes. Karen told me that I needed to pay for the services before I could even speak with Renee to address my issues. I requested a digital copy of my taxes after paying, and no one responded to the request. I am not sure who Karen is, whether she is a CPA or a secretary, but one thing for sure this is not the way you should treat a long time customer. Sorry to say, I will be using a different service from this point on.
