We stopped by the office and it does not look like anyone has been there. We have called, emailed and snail mailed- no answers. We found her to be very good preparing our taxes and we were hoping to go there again. I wonder if anyone knows if she is still working?

I dropped off my documents and last year's tax information in April 2021. It is mid-September. My taxes haven't been filed and I can't contact Darla Speranza Tax Services by email, phone or mail! She has all of my original documents.

I had the exact same experience as the previous person. I've been calling over and over, emailed, and no response. It's been months and still haven't received anything back from her. Not sure what to do or how to continue. I guess a lawyer? Now her phone doesn't even accept messages. Awful!

I dropped my taxes off 6 months ago and they have not been filed. I also gave her the only copy of my deductibles so I can't hire another cpa. I have called over 30 times, left voicemails, stopped by and nothing. Now, I will most likely have penalties and interest payments.
