We scheduled for the latest appointment which was 12:30. Showed up early just to be told that we missed our appointment and it was at 12. I told her No, I asked for the latest and 12:30 worked perfectly with my husband's work schedule. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong and she could prove it because 12 is what she had put down. Like that made any sense. She didn't even give us a viable solution to fix it, just kept saying no we were wrong. She said we could leave it and he would do it and mail us the stuff but we had questions so obviously that wouldn't work.

Our experience with Mr. DePaola was heavily damped by the lack of information flow, failure to disclose related costs, misleading information, leading us to waste 400 service fee, which he refused to refund at all. He has a way to lead you in and buying into the services I had to say. Complete negative experience all in all.
