My first time submitting taxes for a new business, set up in NY state. Didn't get a heads up on cost, was just given an estimate from a referral. Cost me over 4 times what he was charging another customer with a much more intricate business. Had to chase Dustin down several times to see where we were at in the process. Took months to actually get it filed. Just an overall terrible experience.
