I've used Nilson for about 8 years and every was fine until this one. We bought a house last year and he tried to write of something as tax deductible which actually wasn't which caused us to get audited. I sent him the forms that needed to be filled out for the IRS and he would not respond. I called and emailed multiple times. He finally responded over a month later saying he was on vacation and he would take care of it but he did not and I'm still unable to get a hold of him.
