I wouldn’t trust this lady with any kind of tax information or any contract. She hired me to perform services on her property read the contract was well aware of total cost. 98% completed with the project she canceled the project after labor nd materials purchased oweing $3.000 dollars trys to play the contract saying the proposed work was 1,000 dollars less than the total line price misreading the total cost on project manipulating the full contract price looking at the proposal upper portion and not reading the line of total cost hince ripping off folks for their honest and and labor . Doesn’t return text or emails creating acting accusations tourds folks saying im not reading the contract correctly. Now that’s a corrupt person don’t hire her for your documents she doesn’t no how to read them
