this so CALLED PROFESSIONAL TAX PREPARER (NOT A C.P.A.) has my tax papers and has not answered her phone messages of me begging her to tell me whats going on or if she had filled for an extension? NO RESPONSE! FINALLY. Finally I called the state and federal to see if she had actually filled but NO again nothing!!! I am tired of being nice and trusting! in people because of her. Now all I want is my originals of everything that was giving to her. I am very worried about Identity theft!!! I have used the same C.P.A. for over 30+ yrs but he retired last year, so I was forced to use a different person. I have never been so mad at my self for not checking her back ground . I admit I am too trusting , my sons girlfriend recommended her. Take my advice she is not trusting enough to do your taxes!!!! Now I will have to start all over on getting copies of all w-2,s and everything else then find someone new to do my taxes. .

Don't go through Lisa unless you want her to hold on to your information for months after tax day, all whilst avoiding you every chance possible. Find someone else to do your taxes.
