Don appears knowledgeable, & upon the 1st meeting he is friendly & personable. We have been very disappointed, however, in a number of things. One thing we saw immediately is he is eager to control your stock but has to seek advisement from someone else at wells fargo before making a move. The nextvthingvwe noticed is he is huper consumed with protecting himself (liability) moreso than any other cpa we've ever worked with. Most importantly though, he cares about his own pocket far more than anything else. His communication is very poor, office seems very unorganized, & when he was confronted with not following through on what his office staff stated would be done & when, he ignored all forms of communication until he couldnt any longer, and then became downright nasty.
Go elsewhere.
