Most unprofessional, hostile and rude business encounter of my life. Quoted us at one price initially and almost doubled it once he completed them. He then proceeded to insult my wife and I once he was questioned about reneging on quoted prices. This guy John Colburn needs counseling. HR Block did what he was supposed to do initially for half the price in a small fraction of the time. I would advise all to go elsewhere based on my experience
