If I could give a negative rating, I would. My husband and I first met with Donna on February 27th 2015 to file our 2015 taxes and to amend our 2014 taxes. During our meeting, Donna's computer went down so she told us that she would mail it all of the paperwork and finish the rest. We did not hear from Donna for almost 30 days. We called and emailed her repeatedly asking her to get back with us to let us know the status of our tax preparations. She would never call us back, so we ended up having to contact her husband at work and asking him to ask his wife to call us back. She did call back and tell us that our tax preparations were done and she would be mailing them back. When we got our paperwork, she had only done the 2015 tax return. I called and emailed her again repeatedly asking her if she had started on our 2014 amended tax return and she will not call or email us back. It has been a total of 61 days of trying to get her to do her job. She is rude and very unprofessional. I would never never never recommend her to anyone that I know.
