Paid for business taxes to be filed last year. They have not been properly filed. Was told over the summer Janet would re-file them correctly. Its November and I have yet to hear from her.

My experience was a nightmare from the beginning. If I could go back and choose someone different I would have. I had her file my business taxes for 2019 from October to December and it took her 2 months to do them and I itemized them for her. I called for a update and I would get Janet isnt in yet and its 11:00 am. No phone calls in return. Im still dealing with issues due to negligent filing.
