So... this charles guy. Firstly, it took him almost 3 months to file my taxes. I had to run after him. Calling , texting and emailing. He never answered my calls or wasn't very responsive at all. He forgot I was even on his system after 2 months of having him file my taxes. He stole money from me and I realized that after , now he's claiming it not his problem that he filed it after I told him I'm not accepting the amount he offered..it was way less that what turbo tax even quoted but he went ahead and did it anyway and now I can't file anything. Do not let this man file your taxes he steals from you and he also gives some people more than what they are supposed to get and I've got so many witnesses. I've never even met this guy , I asked for an appointment but he texted me when he eventually responded and said he would call me multiple times but instead I had to call him and ask what's happening with my taxes. So if you're reading this , I'm glad because you're saving yourself alot of money. And I actually rated no stars cause that's how discussed I am with this guy.
