Do not I repeat do not use Vickey Carpenter with Little Tax Service to do your taxes go some where else . She messed up our 2014 taxes she has yet to get it taken care of. Ive called left many messages also fb her and her Daughter only to get blocked. Then I also find out she NEVER submitted our 2013 !!!!! .I called her again yet she will not a answer or return calls. Please call this number if she's done this to you 1800 366 4484 it's the number to treasury inspector General. If enough people turn her in maybe she will be held accountable and get her licence to practice revoked.. We trusted her and this is what we get. .... Thank You Vickey Carpenter.

Every review you read above is accurate. It took months for me to get my taxes filed. She claimed to have sent in an extension, but the IRS didnt have it on file. When I tried to contact her, she did not respond. Terrible experience.

Will never use this service again ! Had Vickie do are taxes in April and the tax ppl told me when I called that she didn't file my taxes until June 5th and they where rejected. I have called and called they will not returne calls or emails. So I do not know what's going on. But I can tell you this we will be retaining a lawyer and would love to make sure she is unable to do this to anyone else!

I will not be using Vickie again!! She did my taxes on Feb 26,2017. I still haven't received my return and have been calling her for almost a month now leaving messages. I have called from other phone numbers leaving messages and still no call back and it's now June 7th.
