I have been working with Taxes with Erica as my Accountant for over 5 years. As my Accountant, I feel that Erica specializes in efficiency. Prior, I used to use a local chain tax company to do my taxes, because I wouldn't dare try to do them myself. With Erica, I feel that she is just a phone call or email away and 1 on 1 customer service is very important to me when it comes to doing my taxes. As a small business owner, this was what I needed. Professionalism is also a top priority and I can count on her to give the best advice, to be transparent with me, and flat out tell me what makes sense. When I made the decision to begin looking for my first home over a year ago, Erica pointed me in the right direction on how to prepare for one of the most challenging and biggest purchases I've ever made.
