I have done my own taxes with Turbo Tax for over 11 years. This year we asked our in-laws who they used and they said "B. Young". We just picked up our documents this evening and when I asked if they had given my husband credit because he is blind, turns out they hadn't given the blind credit. They had my 2015 taxes which clearly shows my husband is blind. They revised it and it lowered our tax amount by $300. I'm wondering what else they didn't give us on last year's return. I'm going back to doing my own taxes next year because this company doesn't know what they are doing and they certainly do not have the customer's best interest!!!
