Linda made a huge error on our taxes where we were told that we owe over 3k dollars. When we went to see her she had no knowledge on tax information or even tried to look it up. I had to google information for her to understand on our taxes. Just trying to follow up with her through phone calls and texts about completing seemed daunting and frustrating. She needs to retire and we will never use her again.
