After meeting w Mr. Dickreiter in early October 2016 before the extension deadline. He assured me that he would prepare my taxes before the deadline. Deadline passes. No word. I get a letter from the IRS stating that I am overdue on taxes owed and now incurred late penalties. I reach out to him via email and phone calls. No response. Finally he responds w "still working on taxes, thank you" Now fast forward to end of Dec 2016. Still no word from Mr. Dickreiter. Finally after 3 months and hundreds of emails and calls, he responds with he is still working on my taxes. I told him I want my taxes done now and he responds with 'I will leave your paperwork at the front desk" I honestly do not understand how this guys is in business. His communication skills are horrendous besides the fact that it has been over 3 months and he is incapable of finishing an individual tax return. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS GUY TO HAVE YOUR TAXES DONE. Honest opinion. Now Ive had to pay late penalties because he hasn't been able to finish my taxes.
