He comes across as a nice enough guy, but never bothers to return important phone calls or emails. Even his relatives tell you to keep calling back, as they say that he is not good about returning calls. I would say that that is a choice and not a very considerate one. How does he expect others to feel when he doesn't care enough to return a financially important phone call? I personally don't like be treated as if I am not valued as a client, nor do others. Furthermore, some items are time sensitive, which he does not seem to respect or understand. I would not recommend his services and will no longer be doing business with him. If he doesn't have enough time to respond to clients, he shouldn't be doing business in the first place.
