I used Dhupal because she has prepared my dad's taxes in the past. Thankfully I checked my paperwork before sending it off because she put my SSN number on my sisters tax return...She is fairly pleasant however was shocked at how little effort she made to maximize my return and when I asked her about it, she responded 'You can do them yourself but I'm still going to assess my fee' - that's not the type of customer service I expect to receive after giving her access to all my personal documents and paying her. I am now going to have my tax return reviewed and will make sure not to use her again in the future.
