If I could give zero stars I would. This company had my documents for over a year, was supplied the requested info which was asked for multiple times despite showing it was previously supplied in the emails only to return my items without reason with nothing completed on them.I had to email them to ask how my things were coming and was given excuses as to why things weren't even looked at, I would call and the CPA was rarely in the office. I am now delayed another year because this company could not be straight forward and tell me they wouldn't work with me and instead sat on my documents without doing any work.
