Avoid avoid avoid. We used Ross Kass to prepare our taxes fo a few years, and the IRS came knocking. Where was Ross? Who knows. Couldn't reach him for weeks and weeks ... and when we got him, he wasn't up to speed and became rude. Do yourself a favor. Find someone else who likes helping clients.
