Joan was extremely dismissive, unfriendly, and didnt make me feel like my taxes were important to her. I was just a number to her, and while I understand how busy CPAs can be during tax time, a seasoned professional should be better equipped to handle the clients needs with an appropriate response time and patience. I would not recommend her at all.

As we saw Joan walking into the office carrying a fast food bag, we realized she was 20 minutes late for our appt. She was clearly unprepared, didn't know who we were or why we were there. It didn't help matters when she tried to make it seem that we, the clients, were at fault for that. She's pretty rude, and lacked comprehensive knowledge that you'd expect from a CPA so many years in the business. If you have the time to select a more seasoned professional, this particular experience didn't deliver. Move on.
